Got my parapet walls done with new damp course and pointing on the chimney. New drip trays front and back. And helped sort a leak with the extension. I looked at couple of contractors but these guys gave me a practical solutions with guarantee. His lads were able to start ASAP without any issues and finished the whole job within couple days. Advanced building were genuinely a great company to have come and do work at my home. They undertook a number of jobs including power washing my drive, cleaning the guttering and replacing the broken sections. They concreted areas of my ground where the previous concrete had been damaged over time by water pooling, this included them replacing the concrete and installing natural drainaways - no more pools of water! They were polite and knowledgeable, and helped to talk me through the different options I had without me feeling overwhelmed. They priced well and were diligent and hard workers. I would recommend them to others and I will have them do future work at my property.
